What is your authentication process?

All denim is put through an authentication process. We inspect all goods for appropriate brand markings and serial tags. Brands are not involved in the authentication of the products being sold, and none of the brands assume any responsibility for any products purchased from or through the website. Brands sold on DE+CLO. are not partnered or affiliated with DE+CLO. in any manner. 

In addition, DE+CLO. does not accept fake or counterfeit denim. If we suspect for any reason that a submitted consignment is not authentic we will contact the consignor for proof of purchase in an effort to establish the items authenticity. Items that DE+CLO. determines are counterfeit will not be returned to the consignor and will be donated.

What are your condition standards?

Consigned items must be clean and in very good condition. We inspect each item carefully to guarantee quality, authenticity and condition. Each accepted item is categorized as New With Tags, Excellent or Very Good.

New with Tags: Items show no signs of being worn and tags are attached.
Excellent: Items are clearly unused or worn minimally, but tags are not attached.
Very Good:Items may show light signs of wear or laundering such as minor stains, snags or fading.
 

Does DE+CLO. have stores to consign with in person?

DE+CLO. is currently owned and operated online and we do not yet have a brick and morter retail location.

How do I track my order?

We will send an email notification including tracking information when your package has shipped. You can view the status of your order and obtain tracking information about your order in the My Purchases section under My Account. https://shopdeclo.com/account

Can I cancel my order?

We want to deliver your item as soon as possible, so we process orders in real time during business hours. This means we are unable to cancel orders once they have entered the shipping process. This usually occurs within 30 minutes during business hours. To find out if your order is eligible for cancellation, please contact customer service at sales@shopdeclo.com.

SELLER:

What is the commission structure?

You will earn 40% of the sale price for each pair of denim sold. After your denim sells, the buyer has 5 days from receipt to return the item(s). Because of this, we will pay out 30 days after date sold to ensure that the item was kept by the buyer. 

How can I ship my consignment to DE+CLO.?

If you are interested in consigning with DE+CLO. please visit our Sell With Us page: https://shopdeclo.com/pages/sell. Once your item(s) are approved for consignment, a free pre-paid shipping label will be emailed to you. Please ship item(s) within two business days to ensure timely listing.

How do you price?

We set prices according to designer, age, condition and current market demand. Our goal is to sell your items at the highest possible price.

What designers do you accept?

Please see our accepted list of designers here:  https://shopdeclo.com/pages/designers . If you have a pair of denim that you are interested in consigning and the designer is not listed, please email sales@shopdeclo.com.
